The view from Seal Sands of Able UK's Teesside Environmental Reclamation & Recycling Centre (TERRC) at Graythorp, Hartlepool. The basin where the ships are berthed is in the process of being drained. Once the basin is dry scrapping of the ships can commence. 5th July 2009.
