Due to repeated vandal attacks over the past couple of years aboard HMS Kellington, she is in the process of being dismantled and scrapped on site. HMS Kellington before the vandal attacks was used by the Stockton Sea Cadet Force.

With the sun shining down, the Kellington can be seen on the Stockton Riverside in her final days. She is being scrapped by Able UK. 2nd May 2009.
